    1. How do I order?

    2. How can I pay for my order?

    GCC accepts multiple credit cards for orders placed. Please use your MasterCard, VISA, or American Express as remittance.

    3. What is the normal lead time for receiving merchandise after placing an order? 

    For your special offers, there is a cut-off date specified for all orders to be received. After that date, orders will go into production immediately. Our estimated time for delivery is approximately 4 weeks after the order cut-off date.

    4. How do I return an item if it becomes necessary?

    Please examine items upon receipt. Returns or exchanges can be made only with prior authorization from General Commercial Corporation and must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or invoice for proper identification and credit. Returns will be accepted for 30 days from invoice date.
